Valentine’s Day Outfit

Happy Thursday, everyone.

A few weeks before Christmas, my husband asked me, “What do you want for Christmas?”. I responded, “I want something that would motivate me to lose weight.”  it has been a struggle for me since giving birth to my precious little boy.  I know some mothers can relate to this kind of soluble dilemma. My husband is one of the most thoughtful people I know, but my vague response puzzled him. Ladies, as we all know, men, are not mind readers, so be outspoken of what you really want. In my case, I just gave him hints—kudos to him he found a beautiful dress that I liked.
This dress motivated me because when I first tried it, it was too tight; I was a little disappointed because my expectations were so high. Well, let us be realistic,  I was a little bigger than I wanted to be. Since that day, I started a healthier routine that lead me to lose 14 pounds. I am so delighted that I reached my goal. Now, I am wearing this elegant dress with confidence. I incorporated this look with a white blazer, since it is still a little cold in AZ—I think it pulls off an elegant look.
